As Salaam Aly Kum I would like to know if Nikah is permissible in the month of Shawwal. I would be grateful if you could reply at your earliest. Wasalaam.
Answer:
Yes, Nikah is permissible in the month Shawwal. Those who think otherwise
are effected by un Islamic culture in some societies, but we do not have in
Islam any evidence what so ever suggesting that Nikah is not permissible in
the month of Shawwal.

Question:
Assalamualikum, a 17 year girl who married forcely & she was not happy with her husband he was 30 years old and drinker after short time she accept him and gave all rights of husband and tried to maintain happy marraige life but her husband was fighting and dobhting on her atlast one day she came home and after some time they get divorced. I was her friend however we start loving each other now ots.my 5th year with her and she we had already decided to marry as soon as possible but I was waiting to make my career now alhamdulillah I am earning from last one year I let my parents know about her. My parents meet her and mom was thinking to marry as she wanted to let them know she is divorced I told my mom & she suddenly said no one & the girl is disturbed and she dont want go against. I am also trying to forgot all but its not possible for us as we use to connect from social network from each other whole day. Now my question is should I try to convence my parents or not because I have not said a single word after her quick answer thinking of It will forcefully permision of my parents. The girl also trying to be strong seeking help from allah but every day trying to know about me worried about me and unable to managemyself she dont have parents but a grandmother. She is trying to get marry for her grandmother but mentally not ready to accept anyone

You should try your best to avoid hurting the feelings of your parents. Be
polite and try to explain to your mother your feelings and the reasons.

Iam refering to you previous email Pls confirm with me Mutaah marriage is just a mutual agreement between me and my husband to be. No iman and withness needed.
Answer:
There is no need for Shaykh or witness in marriage whether permanent or
temporary. It is just recommended (Mustahab).

THERE a person who was born a muslim who married a muslim girl on 1991 in the year 1999 he converted to hinduism in the year 2012 he become a muslim again is the marriage of my wife valid now or should they remarry?
Answer:
If a Muslim leaves Islam, his wife will not remain a wife for him. If he
returns to Islam later on, he needs another marriage with her.

Husband and wife are allowed to enjoy themselves between themselves
including what you mentioned. It is allowed but she must avoid swallowing
semen because it is Najis.
