Answer:
Yes she can get married permanently or temporarily with Muslim with out her
non Muslim father's permission.

Question:
As Salaamu Alaikum Dear Brother, request you to kindly try your level best to answer this question as much in detail as possible as this is pertaining to someone very close to my family who needs guidance A christian boy wants to marry a Shia Sayyed Muslim girl ... the girl had mentioned to him that marrying each other is not possible unless he reads the Kalma and then nikkah can happen which will make the Marriage Islamicaly valid ... he took almost good 6 months to think over and get back on it and he is willing to read the kalma and do the nikkah. Since he is a christian and his regular religious practise is going to church either twice or once a week and he lives with his widowed mother who is a firm believer of Christianity, would visiting the church the same way and praying as before the nikkah would nullify the marriage ? Also if you could kindly state what other important conditions would nullify this nikkah. thank you dear brother, hoping to get a reply on the same at the earliest ... Khudafiz.
Answer:
It is not enough for him just to recite the Kalima to be a Muslim , unless
he really believes in its meaning, means he must believe that Islam is the
True religion from God and there is no god but Allah, and Mohammad is His
last messenger.
Going to church for worship does not mean that he believes in Islam,
because Islam does not approve trinity or crossification claim etc which
are usually mentioned in the churches .
If he wants to marry a Muslim female, he must become a Muslim by faith and
not just by Kalima with out believing it its meaning.
Unless he becomes a real Muslim, no Nikah can be allowed nor valid.

Answer:
If you become in state of Janabat during the night of the month of Ramadan,
you must perfrom Ghusl before Fajr. If you sleep with Niyyat to get up for
Ghusl before fajr, but did not get up, your Fast is valid.

Question:
Can a Muslim man do Mutah with a Muslim woman if he already has a permanent Muslim wife that he has children with and is happy. Also if a wife has called her husband yazeed because of his lies and his mental torture he has been subjecting her to for 2 yrs, what is the punishment for this? Was he justified in allying him yazeed in anger frustration and due to her being upset at his lies and her mistreatment?
Answer:

Answer: if he is happy with his wife, I do not advise him to disturb his
wife. He should look after his wife in every aspect. Many things are
allowed in general and in principle but we have to look to the sequences
and avoid hurting any ones feeling especially our family members.

Answer: it is a major sin for wife to call her husband Yazeed . She must
seek forgiveness and do every thing possible to make him pardon her.

Question:
Salam. Is it permissable to do Mutah Marriage with a non virgin woman of Ahlul kitaab who lost her virginity outside of a marriage for example with a boyfriend she had? Walsalam
Answer:
Non virgin female is allowed to do Mut'ah marriage or permanent
marriage with out permission of her father. Married man is not allowed to
do Mut'ah with any female from Ahl e Kitab with out permission from his
Muslim wife ( according to Fatwa of Ayatullah Sistani ).
