Question:

Salam! Follower of sistani! I have a big concern to clear - i have one toilet in my flat and if a 4 year old boy comes and uses my flush (toilet seat )- and before that he’s come from school where all kids do wee on school flush - when that kid sits on my flush -will his skin when touching my toilet make it najas as he’s used public toilet in school. I m not aware what the situation of toilets is in school but once I saw it with wee on it! Also how do I know - if his wee came on floor or has he made the toilet seat najas. Every time after guests I have to bleach the whole toilet thinking it’s najas. Similarly - if my Christian cleaner comes and cleans my house - while I’mnNot there! Should I consider it pak and clean as I’m not sure if she used bathroom sponge in bedroom or if water dripped from dirty toilet mop /brush onto my carpet wher I pray. Third question is I had a newborn baby and he did wee on himself . Because I’m in hospital I can’t give him bath so when I hold him or put him in baby car seat - will all the things become muttanajas (which means I have to wash all of those things.

Answer:

Every thing is Taahir for you unless and until you have evidence that it is
Najis.

Question:

Salaams, I am aware that washing machines make najis clothes paak, however, if I add a cup of washing liquid with the clothes, does it make it Najis with the clothes? Do I need to ensure the washing machine washes the cup three times for the clothes and cup to be paak? Can I assume the cup and the clothes are Tahir at the end of the wash? Jazakallah - thank you for your time in answering my question.

Answer:

The cup and Najis clothes are Paak after the wash because the water in
washing machine is connected to tab water which is current and more than
Kurr water.
