Question:

Salam.. I had a ques.. Meri sis ko mensis aa gye school me she didnt knw that bt mjhe waham hai k school seat n van seat are not napak bcoz mensis waha bhi lga hoga.. Ab wo saaf krna hm jaa nhi skte.. To waha koi bhi bhete ga to wo napak ho jaega ? If it is dry now thn pht bhi napak hoge kapre.. N us jaga beth k quran prh skte hn ?

Answer:

Menses does not make the seat Najis unless it has plenty of bleeding which
unusual. If the blood did not reach the seat, the seat is not Najis.
If you are sure that the seat became Najis, then try to wash it with water
to make it Tahir. If you can not, you are then not responsible to do what
you can not.
If the seat is dry, then no one will be effected by sitting on it.
Reading Quran on such seat is Not Haraam.
