Salamun alaikum. If I doubt I have entered state of janabat and do wajib ghusl e janabat do I have to do wuzu?
Answer:
Yes, perform Wuzu before or after such Ghusl because it is not obligatory
Ghusl e Janabat but just for precaution.

Extreme and repeated doubts in Najasat and tahaarat are from Shaitan. We
should remind such person whether he would like to follow Shaitan or follow
Allah ? Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS) was when asked about such persons said: Ask
them: Is it from Allah or from Shaitan? They will say: It is from Shaitan.
How can a Momin follow Shaitan ?
Repeating Estighfaar, Salawaat and LA ILAAHA ILLALLAH is very useful to
tackle Satanic whisperings.

Salaamunalikum. My hand (only finger part) was wet and kafir touched it by mistakly and got najis.then i washed it with rain water just putting my hand outside window and rain water falled. Is my hand became pak. I follow ayoutullah sistani. Thank you

Yes, rain water washing it made it Taahir.

Salamunalikum. My shirt got najis(shoulder part) and i was in college so how to make that shirt tahir by washing the whole shirt or washing or spreading 3 times water on that part. I follow ayoutullah sistani. Thank you
Answer:
You do not need to wash the whole shirt, but only the parts which became
Najis must be washed and rinsed.

Question:
If i touch the clothes in which I had wet dream after having ghusl 1)does that make me do ghusl again? 2)What if I touch najjis wet clothes after ghusl?
Answer:
Touching the Najis cloth or even the semen or any other Najis item does not
require you to perform Ghusl again, and not even Wudhu, but only washing
your hands if you touched a Najis item with wetness.
