Question ID 1507 Sunday 15th of June 2014

Question:

When dress, household utensil, carpet or any similar thing which has been in the possession of a non-Muslim should it be treated pak or najis?

Answer:

If you do not know that it was made Najis by them, you can take it as
Taahir, although precaution is always good. You may wash it to be on the
safe side if you want, but it is not compulsory as far as you do not know
for sure that the item is Najis.

after passing loo a person washes his buttuks while washing with water his hands go more deep inside the buttoks if the water comes back from the inside without the change in color will that water that comes out be considered pak or najis?

Answer:

If the water touches the Najis item, then it depends on the quantity of the

Question ID 1502 Saturday 14th of June 2014

Question:

if i have seen a muslim shaking his wet hands with a non muslim and the next day the same muslim shakes hand with me but this time his hands is sweaty will my hand become najis or not?or should i consider that he may have washed his hands yesterday but i have not seen it

Answer:

You may consider his hand Taahir because he is a Muslim, and one of the
reasons of purification is the absence of the Muslim, means when he goes
away from your eyes with Najis hands, then you see him after a while which
enough for him to make his hands Taahir, you should consider his hands as
Taahir.
