Salamun Alaikum.....Ek Taalib Elm Mujhe Qom mai mila....Uske Ghar pe hum khana khaane ke kiye gaye.....Baato baato mai usne bataya ki ......."Mere liye Mere Chacha ki Ladki ka rishta aaya tha jo khoobsurat thi aur maal dar bhi lekin mujhe iski zaroorat nahi thi...Ek madrasa mai padhi huyi ladki ki zaroorat thi...Jo nek aur deen dar bhi ho...Waise bhi Uska maal bhi Halaal wala nahi tha..."........ Mai unke Chacha ko nahi janta. WO pakistan mai hai...Mai India mai hu....Mai uske siwa uske Khandaan mai kisko nahi janta....Telegram mai Chatting karte dosti ho gayi....Kya Uss Taalib e Elm ne Gibaat ki hai ki uski rozi Halaal nahi...?? Kya aise Taalib e Elm Afraad ko Aadil maan sakte hai? Waise Zaheran Deen daar shakhs tha...10 saal se zyada arse se Qom mai hai....
Answer:
Gheebat is a major sin.
You can ask the person (Taalib e Elm ) why did he mention bad things about others. He might have a valid reason. If there is no valid reason, then it is sinful act to back bite a Momin.
We can not judge before asking.

Salamun Alaikum....Ek Zaheran Nek Aur Urfan Aadil Momeen kisi aur Momeen ki Gibat kare hamare samne to humme kya karna hai? Kya usko Aadil maan sakte hai? Kya koi Fiqhi rasta hai Uski Adalat ko saabit karne ka?
Answer:
Gheebat ( back biting) is a major sin which is against Piousness.

If the tenant had agreed with the home owner that repairs should be taken from the rent, then the tenant can take the repair expenses from the rent.

Answer:
Cursing the enemies of Ahlul Bayt (AS) should not be in front of them or in
public media.
We believe that enemies of Ahlul Bayt (AS) are enemies of the Prophet
(SAWA), who are in fact enemies of Allah (SWT), But we are not allowed to
curse them in front of the followers.
The second question reply is: follow the marja of Taqleed.

As salaam alekum, mera sawal hai apse, quam bahot gumrah ho bhi rahi hai aur dusro ko kar bhi rahi hai, maslan kamazani ki baat kare to mere chote se bacche aur maine qama ka matam kiya sirf thora sa nazranae aqidat maula hussain ko pech kiya, aur koi shar bhi na pahla na kuch hua, lakin aj kal quam me ye fasad ho raha hai ki kamazani haram hai, kyuki, tarah tarah ke phone a rahe hai ki bacce ki gardan kaat do na, pura khoon dedo, to masley pe batae ki kya karna chaiye, mai marjaiyat pe qaim hu, lekin matam karta hu aur age bhi karne ka aqeeda rakhta hu. jawab thora breef me diyega
