Question:

Salam-alaikum, Can bald men are allowed to use the hair piece or artificial hair whether of human or non-human. Do they have to take care with this artificial hair while peromaing wadhu ghusl and namaaz or any type or Islamic activity?

Answer:

If the hair is planted inside the skin and start growing, then it is like
the original hair and no problems at all in Wudhu or Ghusl, but if the hair
is not planted but just been worn like a hat and can be removed, then it is
not real hair, and Wudhu and Ghusl should be done of the real head and not
on such removable hair.

Question ID 1490 Wednesday 11th of June 2014

Question:

COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHO IS SYED AHMAD QABBANJI.SOMEBODY SHOWED ME HIS LECTURES ON YOU TUBE AND APPARENTLY HE IS AN ALIM QUALIFIED FROM HAWZA IN NAJAF AND QOM BUT HIS IDEAS ARE THOSE OF NON MOSLEMS. IS HE A PART OF SHIA CLERGY? HE DOES NOT BELIEVE IN QURAN, OUR PROPHET, OUR IMAMS, QIYAMAT ETC. SO HOW CAN HE BE A MOSLEM LET ALONE A SHIA ALIM. I AM VERY MUCH DISTRESSED AND SAD. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT ARE THE FACTS ABOUT THIS MAN. WA SALAAM

Answer:

This man is not Shia at all, simply because he is not a Muslim,
because real Shia is the real Muslim.
His father was in the Hawza of Najaf as well as manybof his brothers but he
himself has gone out of Islam running after lust and evil desires. His
personal life is full of sinful acts and major sins. He wants to draw
attention of anti Muslim media, so, he speaks wrong against our faith .
This is not the first instance in history of people who sold themselves to
Shaitan running after lust and evil desires. History is full such bad
persons. They do not harm but themselves, and the real Muslim scholars
remain the guide for Muslimsband every truth seeker.
Our leading Ulama have clearly said that this person is out of our faith
and he is a follower of Shaitan .
His own family members ( Qubbanchi family) have given many statements
against him as they know his attitude and major sins and his evil
intentions.
