If someone has been recommended a test by Dr. In which he has to keep a testing appliance like a wrist watch worn for 24 hours without removing it what will be way to pray namaz. Wudhu over the watch or Tayamum.
Answer:
Wuzu over the watch is must by wiping over it. He must be sure that it is
Taahir or cover it with Taahir item and wipe over that item.

Yes, your Wuzu is valid because touching and Najis item does not invalidate
Wuzu.

It is not necessary to use Kurr water for Ghusl Janabat.

Question:
salaam today after waking up from sleep after Ghusl I see sticky white saliva stuck in the corner of lips. do I need to repeat Ghusl is it wajib to wash in the lips as I keep mouth closed

No need to repeat the Ghusl. The Ghusl is considered as valid.
