Question:

Salamun Alaikum! Can you pls help clarify the qaza time of fajr namaz: 1. Does it coincide with sunrise time printed in newspapers, or 2. 10 minutes before this printed time, or 3. Some other time like the time given by local Hauza e Ilmiya What is the reliable source of knowing sunrise time?

Answer:

The time of Fajr Namaz end on sunrise which is known and published usually
in the news papers.
It must be performed ( the whole Namaz) before the start of sunrise.

Question:

Salamun Alaikum. Is it allowed to send lanat on enemies of Ahlulbayt as a dua in Qunoot? Can any other dua be recited in Qunoot?

Answer:

Any Du'a can be recited in Qonoot. Cursing the enemies of Allah, the
Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS) is part of Du'a but it must not be a
cause of damage in any way.

Question:

Salamum Alaikum. Masla number 748, Aqa Sistani says that if one sleeps over the maghrib namaz, then namaz can be performed before fajr prayers without the niyat of qaza or ada. Will my maghrib namaz be qaza? Please clarify.

Answer:

That if he sleeps with out intention to leave the Namaz. If you
deliberately slept with out performing
Namaz, you must pray after midnight as Qaza.

Question:

Salamun Alaikum. If I delayed maghrib namaz without any valid reason, say, I was out with my friends and I came home and slept. Now I wake up before fajr and remember that I did not perform maghrib and Isha namaz. Will my namaz be ada or qaza or something else?

Answer:

After midnight, Maghrib and Esha Prayers become Qaza. It is a major sin to
delay performing obligatory Prayers till its time passes.

Question:

What is the niyat for fajr and maghrib namaz for a traveller where the namaz is to said in qasr form?

Answer:

Fajr and Maghrib Namaz are not Qasr at all. Qasr for traveller is only for
Zohr, Asr and Esha Namaz.
Fajr and Maghrib are the same always.
