Answer:-  Leather belt which is made from Halal animal is not Najis and there is no
need to remove it during performing Salaat, but if the leather was not from
Halal animal, then it must be removed during performing Salaat.

Answer:-  Not Qadha at all. Qadha is only after the time is over which means after Fajr.

A. Joining the Jama'at Namaz can be only during the Qiyam (standing) of the
Imam of the Jama'at, or Rokoo'.

A. Al Hamd and the Sura in the first two Rak'ats are recited by the Imam of
Jama'at only and you should not recite. Others things in the Prayer must be

Salam Alaikum, I am in Mumbai, India. Near my office there is a Masjid (non Shia) I usually go there for Salat. Now I have learnt that the land on which it is constructed is neither purchased nor donated for it. It was decades back when migrants from other parts of the country encroached on unattended government land had develop it as temporary hutments which we know as slums and the tenants built their respective religious structures (like Masjid and Temples) Can I still offer my Salat there?
 
Answer:-  If the land was not usurped from any person and it was just a public land,
you are allowed to pray in that Masjid.

Salamunalaikum, If I have missed a namaz say asr namaz,i.e, I haven't prayed it on time and the time for Maghreb prayers has reached. What should I do at that time? Should I recite Asr first? What should I do that if I offer Asr namaz will Qaza my magrib prayers?
 
Answer:-  If you have enough time, start with Asr them Maghrib , but the time is very l=
ittle and not enough but only for one Prayer, then perform Maghrib.
Do not delay your Prayers and be sure that nothing is more important than Pr=
ayers.
