sir thank you for responding to my question my question id was 1698 but i have read it in the islamic laws of ayatullah sistani rule no 1589. There is no harm in swallowing one's phlegm or mucous from head and chest as long as it does not come upto one's mouth. However, if it reaches one's mouth, the obligatory precaution is that one should not swallow it. just need to conform that has ayatullah sistani changed this law from obligatory precaution to recommended precaution brcause i read it in this link http://www.sistani.org/english/book/48/2264/ thank you

Answer:

It is recommended precaution not to swallow if mucus reached the mouth.

Is there any ayatullah that allows to swallow one's mucous even if it comes to the mouth while fasting even as a precaution or recommended precaution?

Yes , it is recommended precaution to avoid swallowing it according to
Ayatullah Sistani.

Question:

just now I was bleeding in gums so I was rincing and I felt water in throat but I coughed. my mum was trying to speak to me I knew if I speak water will go down throat. I spoke while rincing I felt something go down. will I need to repeat fast

Answer:

If you are sure that water has gone down, then repeat the fast of that day
as Qadha, but if you are not sure, there is no Qadha and your fast is valid.
