Question:
Salam syed, I know the mutanajis affect only happens when the ayn najis is no longer there. —- so if there is urine mixed with water on a toilet seat and I rub the seat dry with some tissue and then wait 10 minutes. Can I now say the ayn najis is no longer present because i dried it and now no colour or smell of the urine is there?
Answer:
Removing Ayn Nijasat does not mean that the item has become Taahir.
Removing Ayn Nijasat is must in making the item Taahir by water. Rubbing
the Mutanajjis item does not make Taahir. It must be washed with water to
make it Taahir. Mutanajjis item transfers Nijasat to other items by
touching it with wetness. Second Mutanajjis also transfers Nijasat by
touching other item with wetness. Third Mutanajjis does not transfer
Nijasat to a fourth item.

Question:
Salam My clothes were najis and to paak them my mother put them in the sink and filled the sink up with water. Then used that water to clean them. Now my thinking is that because she turned the tap off and filled the sink with water, that water is now qaleel which means that it makes the sink najis after she uses that water to clean the clothes. Am I wrong in thinking this? Because the qaleel water does go down the sink drain after she uses it to paak the clothes so maybe it doesn’t make the sink najis because the water gets removed ?
Answer:
When tap water run on the sink, it has become Taahir even if tap water
was stopped later on.
