Question:
I follow Ayatullah Sistani. If my whole arm is wet and there’s a bleeding cut on one part, will the whole arm be najis since its all wet? Similarly for my counter, if a part of the counter is 2nd mutanajis and I wipe the whole counter with the same wet cloth and some wetness remains behind, is the whole counter najis?
Answer:
1. Only the part which touched the blood is Najis and not all your hand.
2. Najis counter must be washed with water to make it Taahir.

Question:
I follow Ayatullah Sistani. I accidentally touched the tap with my najis hand so I washed it with the shower connected to kurr but water fell from the tap onto the side of the basin and pooled there after i turned off the kurr supply. Are the sides najis since water is pooled there after turning off the kurr supply?

Not Najis.

I follow Ayatullah Sistani. When I put abandaid on my bloody wound, the skin underneath becomes sweaty and if the skin surrounding the bandaid is also sweaty, is that skin najis?

Not Najis unless it touches the blood or Najis bandage.

i washed my najis hand in the basin connected to kurr water, do i have to wash the basin thrice after washing my hand as some water stayed in the basin after my third hand washing?
