Question ID 2674 Saturday 11th of July 2015

Question:

if there is an ink on our hands which has been dried can we do ghusl or wudhoo?.

Answer:

Yes you can perform Wudhu or Ghusl, because ink is just a color and not a
layer on your hand. Color does not prevent water from reaching but a layer
does prevent.
