Answer:
Just to wash that part of the bed with water after removing the semen.

If a person has a cut and there is blood coming out and then he puts some Dettol liquid antiseptic on it should the Dettol liquid antiseptic be considered najis or the only part that touched the najasat?
Answer:
Only the part which touched the Najasat is Najis.

Salamun alaykum agha ! mujhe ek bimari hai. mai jab peshab karke bahar nikalta hu to peshab ke kuchh katre nikalte hair Jo tube me fase rehte hai . Maine dawaii li lekin koi fark nahi jai. ab har bar to Naha nahi sakte to please mujhe bataiye ke namaaz kaise padu ? koi alternate hair

Ask any local Maulana to explain to you how to do Istibraa, which clears
the track of urine and then any doubtful drop after Istibraa will be Pak.

Question:
If there is some semen on the body and a person uses soap to wash it and only the smell of the soap remains will it be considered pak? because if the foam of the soap or the soap touches the najasat it also becomes najis and after washing it with water only the smell of the soap remains.
Answer:
Smell of the soap does not mean that the semen is still there. As far as
the semen was washed away, then the place was washed with water, it became
Taahir.

I Am in condition of ghusl e janabat while doing ghusl e janabat water does not reach the whole body what to do? How many times are permissible in water to reach the body

The water must reach every outer part of your body just one time in Ghusl
