Answer:
If the doubt occurs after you have finished the Ghusl, you should not worry
and your Ghusl is valid.

I have holes on my nails and dirt has gathered in it no matter how much i wash it it does not come out and it could be a barrier in my ghusl and may not allow the water to reach it i could remove the entire nail but it is a painful process so the doctor does not advice it in this situation what should i do about my ghusl will it become wajib on me to remove the entire nail what should i do according to ayatullah sistani?
Answer:
Try your best to clean the nail then perform Ghusl or Wudhu, then perform
Tayammum as a precaution (Ehtiyat).

Is it mandatory to change all clothes after completing sexual intimacy? Example, one just had a ghusul and changed to clean clothes, and immediately after, has intimate moments with husband, followed by orgasm. Ofcourse, one has to perform ghusul again, but is complete changing of clothes also mandatory?
Answer:
Not mandatory at all to change all your cloth except the Najis cloth (
because of touchng semen) which needs to be washed.

Salaamunalikum.after semen passes I do urine and see sticky liquid is it paak.but I have not done iatibra.I follow ayoutullah sistani. Thank you
Answer:
After passing semen, passing urine is the total clearnce from semen, i.e.
no semen remains in the track after passing urine. Any sticky liquid after
passing urine is not semen. It can be Wadi or Wathi which are not Najis.
