Question:
Salaamunalikum. I was observing fast and some sticky liquid passes out I cannot notice whether it is semen or money... So if it is a semen whether my fast is valid or invalid as I have not masturbated but some sexual feeling occured if it is invalid should I have to pay kaffara or repen Allah mercy... Please don't show this question while you have answered....jazakallah

Salam. If ghusl janabat (obligatory bath) is obligatory upon me and due to some reason I can't take it and have to do tayammum in lieu of bath, will this suffice for tayammum/ wudu or will I have to do tayammum/wudu for namaz? Salam.
Answer:
Your Tayammum is stead of fGhusl is valid if you are unable to perform
Ghusl. You must perform Wudhu for your Salah if you can.

Salamun alaikum Maulana Saheb......If I had performed Gusl in past but i dont know whether my nails are big enough and loaded enough with dust that invalidate Gusl our not, then Is Gusl wajib on me today?
Answer:
That Ghusl is valid and you do not need to do it again as your doubt was
after finishing performing the Ghusl, and such doubt is invalid.

while doing ghusl can we also wash our shoulders also just to be sure the water has reached the neck area? while washing the head water also reaches the other parts of the body is it necessay to make niyat to count this water with the body or will it be considered automatically?
Answer:
It is not must to make water reach the shoulders while washing the neck.
Washing the head and neck must be be done first in Ghusl, then washing the
right side of the body, then the left side of the body.

Salaamunalikum.... Following the question no.1573.... My exact question is when I go to take ghusl e janabat....... Before doing ghusl I remove the semen which was there at body after it I wash private parts with my hands with soap after washing private part I wash my hand with soap......so is my hand paak or najis????...I follow ayoutullah sistani

Your hands are not Najis after washing them with water.
