Salaamunalikum... When semen passes I go to take ghusl e janabat when taking ghusl I wash the private parts with my hand and after that I wash my hand with soap but no trace of semen are left in the hand. Will the hand be considered as paak or najis?...I follow ayoutullah sistani

After washing your hand, your hand is Paak.

Yes it is allowed to use mixed water ( hot and cold) in Ghusl and Wudhu.

Yes it is allowed.

Salaamunalikum.my Marja is ayoutullah sistani. While doing ghusl e janabat i wait to fill water in mug. It take 5-10 second. Is ghusl valid..
Answer:
Yes it is valid. Gap during Ghusl is allowed, not like Wudhu where long gap
can invalidate Wudhu.
