| Salamun Alaikum
I have completed my MBBS at Government College and then they give one year period for training at Government Hospital in which they pay us Around 10,700 Rupees per Month. It is called Internship. In this Internship, I have not gone to Hospital many times at which I have been called to attend. This things are common among Interns to not go there every time they called. But at the end of year, Head of the Hospital signed our certificate that they have completed their internship. And this is routine in this Internships that eventhough we have many leaves, they signed our certificate. My question is that Can I use Salary of this Government if I have not gone there at many instances? |

Answer:- It is not good for a Muslim to deliberately fail to fulfil the conditions
which he is bound to fulfil.
Money from the Indian government id Majhool al-Maalik. You can give part of
it to the poor and needy and use the rest in lawful way.
