Question:

Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim, Salam Alaykum, Please inform me whether the water drops jumping up from the toilet flush and found on Toilet seats can be consider as Tahir or Najis. Usually during flushing 1 or 2 drops are found on toilet seat of Western Toilet. Please explain me what to do in such situations. Shukran Jazak Allah iltemase dua

Answer:

Water flushing the Najis items in the toilet becomes Najis by just touching
any Najis item, unless the flushing water is Kurr or linked with tab water.

Question:

urine dried on carpet, if some one touches this carpet with wet hand and still hand is wet and it is touched by cloth. will cloth be nijs and if it is also nijis and still wet will it nijasate further things. ? in this discussion the wetness of hand is being trasmitted by 3 mediums

Answer:

Third medium of Nijasat does not transfer Nijasat i.e. it does not make
forth item Najis.

Question:

Salamun Alaikum...... I read in Islamic laws of Aqai Sistani..that mutanajjis item can make two things other than it najis...but question is that every thing in series has to be dry before touching next thing or not? As for example if a dog with wet leg walks on the floor of room, then a person walks on the same najis place before that has dried that person with his foot still wet goes to bathroom then bathroom floor still wet touched by my foot Is my foot najis?

Answer:

Najasat does not transfer between dry items. Wetness is must for transfer
of Najasat.
Third medium of Mutanajjis does not transfer Nijasat.

Question:

If a ahle kitab shakes hands with a non muslim whose hands are wet his hand becomes wajib but the next day he shake his hands with me i did not see him wash his hands but i get a feeling that he might have washed his hands (he could have washed his hands like after eating or taking a bath etc but i have not seen it) will his hand be pak?

Answer:

Not Paak till you see him or be sure that he washed it.

Question:

Salaamunalikum....if a rope is najis and rain water falls on rope will it become paak?.....I usually go out with non Muslim friends and they touch my clothes and it become najis when we come usually there is rain so in rain will my najis cloth can become paak? I follow ayoutullah sistani

Answer:

Yes, rain makes the rope Taahir.
