Question:
Janab Aga Saab Assalam O Alaikum I am following Sistani Saab and my Wife Khamenei Saab.Few queries for Umrah.request to reply for both Marajeen 1. After making niyyat of Ehram from Masjid e Shajarah, wat is the ruling towards reaching Kaaba,i.e. with shade and without shade. 2. Which gate to enter the Haram. IF it is not feasible then what is the alternative 3. Can v directly enter and reach the Kaaba or discipline to be followed,viz Izne Dukhool or Dua etc. request to pls inform all duas and at what stage.IF there is Izne Dukhool, request to pls advise where i will get those. 4.We r not aware which side of Kaaba we will see. After Seeign Qaba wat is the dua. 5.How and from where to start the tawaf 6. Niyyat for Tawaf 7. Hands and Face should be facing qaba or straight 8.Wat is the action after completing one tawaf and similarly the repetition Was Salam Sayed Husain Mahdi

allowed to travel with covered vehicle during day time, but he is allowed
during night time if there is no rain.=E2=80=8B

between Safa and Marwa seven times as well, then shorten your hair or nail
(Taqseer), then perform another Tawaaf called tawaf al-Nisaa then two
Rak'ats then the Umra is completed.

Inshallah i am proceeding for Umra with my Family of Self Wife and 2 Children aged 5 yrs and 2 months. 1 Is Ehraam required for the children. If yes, same like us or different. If different, how it will be 2 Are the children also required to make Niyyat If yes,How 3 Can children wear pamper. 4 Can we enter the Masjid ur Haram to complete the Umrah with the children because there might be urine in the pamper 5 Is it necessary for the children also to do Tawaf 6 Is it wajib on children also to complete all the Arkaan of Umrah viz, tawaf,saee,namaz e tawaf etc. IF yes, pls explain how will they perform Namaz etc 7 Where ever required to recite, how will they recite Was Salam

Is it permissible to use slipping bag during hajj and in ehraam. Head a nd ear will not be covered but other parts of body would.
Answer:
Yes it is allowed to use sleeping bag during Ehraam.

Question:
Asalam aleikum.....my question is regarding haj...my aunty who lives in the uk got married to someone who lives in the USA and was in the process to join her husband or him join her....to make a long strory short she decided to go to haj with a group and everything was ready tickets visa hotels etc...but before she departed to go to haj her husband died...since her husband died does she go to haj or not? Thank you
Answer:
Obligatory Hajj remains obligatory and her husband's death does not change
any thing in this matter. She has to go for Hajj even if she is in Iddah
Wafaat ( mourning period).

Is it permissible to use ear plug during Ihraam, to save one from wind, or during sleeping in Inraam.

No, it is not permissible to cover the ear or use ear plugs during Ehraam.
