Salaamu Alaikum Wa Sayed. Insha Allah you and the family are all healthy and in peace. Sayed I am planning to go Umrah on the calendar month of Jumada II. I just would like to know is there any significance in the month of Jumada II and doing Umrah on this month? As this is my first time going and any Hadiths from the Ahlul Bayt will be much appreciated ya Sayed. Salaamu Alaikum. (Posting again due to question not answered Sayed)
 
Answer:-  Wa Alaykum Assalam wr wb
Umra is highly recommended in every month in the year. As Jumada II is the
month of the Wiladat of the best lady among all human beings, Lady Fatima
Al-Zahra (AS) on the twentieth day of it, I suggest to you to perform your
Umra on behalf of Lady Fatima (SA) as we have authentic Hadeeths
encouraging us to perform Umra and other worships on behalf of her. Your
reward will be multiplied many folds iA.

Salamun Alaikum. One of my brother has not performed hajj. Now intends to do Umrah mufradah. What would be the niyyat - wajib or mustahab as per Ayatullah Syayyid Ali Khameini. Wassalam
 
Answer:-  Wa Alaykum Assalam wr wb
Umra Mufradah is recommended while Hajj is Wajib. The person who did not
preform his Wajib Hajj can never take Umra Mufradah as replacement for Hajj.

Aoa. Please let me know.. My husband is not convinced to do tawaf Nisa then in this case what Will be order for me..? Can husband do tawaf Nisa on behalf of wife??? If we skip the tawaf Nisa and then do nxt day or few after, day, has man to wear ehram or can do in his casual clothes????
 
Answer:-  *Tawaf Nisa is obligatory as the last step of Umra Mofradah or Hajj. Our
Sunni brothers have a similar Tawaf but they call it Tawaf Al-Widaa=E2=80=
=99.*
*It must be performed by the person himself or herself unless really unable
then some one else can do it on his or her behalf.*
*Tawaf Nisa can be delayed as far as no need for relationship between
husband and wife. *
*Tawaf Nisa does need wearing Ehraam but wearing usual cloth is enough as
far as it is Taahir and lawful.*

After Umar, If I could not perform Twafun Nisa and after returning home, I understood my sexual relationship one time with wife because of non awareness, what is Kafara?
 
Answer:-  If you did not perform Tawafun Nisa, you are still in the state of Ehram
You must return to Makkah to perform Tawafun Nisa by yourself. If you can
not return to Makkah, you should request some one to perform Tawafun Nisa
on your behalf.
The Kaffara of sexual relationship before Tawafun Nisa, is slaughtering a
cow to distributing it amounts poor believers.
