Question:

Assalamou alaykoum wa rahmatoullah I pray at home in jogger pants because I usually dress like that, I was sunni before and it was not making the prayer void in my madhab if the top of my intergluteal cleft was showing because of sujood. When I became shia I didn’t think about this and I realized yesterday (since this happened in sujood) that this happens from time to time, for example when my pants are not tightened enough. Are my previous prayers void? And if this incident happens again because I still wear those pants, does that make my next prayers void or anything? Thank you. I follow Sistani.

Answer:

Wa Alaykum Assalam wr wb
Your previous , present and future Prayers are valid.

Question:

Salam I today had a wound on my finger. It was really small but blood came out. I had done wuzu so I just washed the wound and it became tahir. When I completed my salah there was blood again from the wound. Should I repeat my salah? And what if I afterwards prayed another salah because I thought it was ok?

Answer:

Salamun Alaykum wr wb
Your Salah is valid.
For next Salah, if blood is there, you need to wash the place only. Your
Wudhu is valid if it was not broken by another reason. Blood itself does
not invalidate Wudhu.
If the area covered by the blood is very small, say less than Thump's upper
part, you can pray with it as well.

Question:

Salam I am going to travel to Switzerland where I will be living for the next six months. I will be making a transit at Brussel airport. When I arrive at the transit airport for my destination shall I then pray qasr or full prayers? And when I arrive in Switzerland I will be praying full prayers, right? If I decide to travel to another city within Switzerland or another country and the trip is not lasting 10 days or more, should I then be praying qasr? What if I travel for work within Switzerland to another city, will I then be praying qasr or full? and what if it is not for work, but for tourism? And what about if I fast in the month of Ramadan? If I travel to another city after duhur for tourism I will keep my fast, yes? and what about if it is for work?

Answer:

Wa Alaykum Assalam wr wb
1. Your Prayers during your transit is Qasr.
2. Your Prayers where you intend to stay for ten days or more is full. This
is for the same place not for the country. If you travel to another place
in the county and do not intend to stay there for ten days or more, your
Prayers will be Qasr.
3. Fasting is obligatory where you are not a traveller. Traveling after
Zohr does not harm your fasting.
Wassalam.
