Salam alaikum Sayed musawi If a person dies and the burial is only possible after a few days is it compulsary to give the body ghusal and kafan immdiately or is it better to wait till the day of the burial since there might be a problem and then we might have to give the ghusal and kafan again. Jazakallah
 
Answer:-  Ghusl and Kafan are obligatory for every Muslim who dies, on those who know
about the death and are able to perform Ghusl and Kafan for him. The time
of Ghusl is any time before burial.
It is better to perform Ghusl and Kafan before burial and not long time
before that as there is a possibility of the Kafan becoming Najis, then it
will be compulsory to make it Taahir before burial.

my father had not read any namaz or kept any roza in his full life he expired on 3rd dec 2013 in house he was 65 years of age ... so can i and some people read his qaza namaz and how much to read pls help
 
Answer:-  All the Namaz and fasting that he missed in his life is to be performed on
his behalf as Qaza. If he has left any wealth, you must take from his
wealth the cost of Qaza on his behalf. If he has not left any wealth, then
you and your family may perform Qaza on his behalf to save him from sever
punishment.

Salam alaykum Syed I hope you are in the best of health InshaAllah. I have a number of questions, which I hope that you can offer your advice on. They are mostly all related to death and I will list them below: 1) Is it possible for a person to have knowledge that they are going to die? Taking into consideration that they do not have any life threatening illness. 2) Can you please explain barzakh? The time between death and resurrection. If someone has lived a pious life and followed all the wajibats, what is barzakh for them? 3) I once heard that when we are asleep and see a dream, the events we see are actually taking place, and our soul leaves our body while we are dreaming. Is this true? - If our soul leaves our body during a dream, and we see a loved one who has passed away, and we converse with them, is this actually happening, or is it just memories that we see, or is it imagination? 4) One a person has died and their body is buried, is that person still present in our life, such as are they able to see their family and their progresses? 5) I have heard about certain Amal we can do in order to see our parents who have passed away. Can you please advise the procedure for doing this. 6) What other things, aside from surah Yasin, ziyarat ashura and visiting of the grave, can we do in order to make the soul of our loved one happy and help for their hereafter. A6) Performing all their dues e.g. Salat, fasting , Khums, Haj , any loans
or rights of others on them.
Charity on behalf of the deceased is very helpful to him as well as
Istighfaar and Salawaat.

Salaam alaikum Is it possible for the dead to be able to communicate with us? Because I have heard someone say that they are able to communicate with a woman who is now dead and she helps them in this world. Is this possible?
 
Answer:-  No, it is not true. Dead is in another world which called Barzakh and no
one from us can communicate with Barzakh nor Barzakh people can come back
to this life.

Salam I do taqleed of ayatullah khameine What is the ruling for women attending a graveyard? Must they be accompanied with a male? Can they attend when on their periods? Can a pregnant woman attend a funeral and go to graveyard? wsalam
 
Answer:-  Women are allowed to go to graveyards or to attend funerals even if they are=
pregnant or on their period, and they do not need to be accompanied by men.=
They must be in full Hijab and their going to graveyards or funerals should=
not expose them to or cause harm.=20
