if i have seen a muslim shaking his wet hands with a non muslim and the next day the same muslim shakes hand with me but this time his hands is sweaty will my hand become najis or not?or should i consider that he may have washed his hands yesterday but i have not seen it

Answer:-  You may consider his hand Taahir because he is a Muslim, and one of the
reasons of purification is the absence of the Muslim, means when he goes
away from your eyes with Najis hands, then you see him after a while which
enough for him to make his hands Taahir, you should consider his hands as
Taahir.

If my hand is wet with orange juice and I shake hands with a non-muslim will my hand become najis?

Answer:-  Yes, if the non Muslim is not from Ahle Kitab (according to Ayatullah
Sistani, Ahle Kitab are not Najis although precaution is recommended). Many
other Ulama say that all non Muslims are not Taahir.
Any wetness transfers the Najasat whether from water of juice or any other

Question ID  1473  -  Taharat / Najasat
i have cut on knee I have used big size of plaster to cover more than the size of the cut the cut is 1/2 cm but I covered whole of knee. 1 do I repeat Ghusl 2 if I decide to do tayamum instead of Ghusl, before prayer do I perform wudu? 3 can I Wait a few days for the cut to heal before doing Ghusl? is Ghusl required? wasalaam

Answer:-  You may perform Ghusl (Janabat or any other obligatory Ghusl) by making
water reach all parts of your body and wiping over the plaster. As you say
that the plaster is more than the real size if the wound, you may perform
Tayammum as well just for precaution. No need for Wudhu after such Ghusl or
Tayammum.
You are not allowed to postpone Ghusl Janabat for few days because you must
perform obligatory Prayers after performing Ghusl or Tayammum.
