Question:
Salam sayed, i was wondering if i want to change my taqleed what do i need to say ? is there a "niyah" please let me know wasalaam.
Answer:
You need to do Taqleed of the most learned Marje'. If you are doing Taqleed
of the most learned, then you are not allowed to leave his Taqleed.
There is nothing to be said to start Taqleed, but just to act on the Fatwas
of the most learned Marje'..

Salam, i follow sayeed sistani, but can i follow other marajje for certain issues like Mutah marriage ? or do i have to follow my marjje on every ruling on every issue, wasalaam.
Answer:

has precaution and no Fatwa in any matter=E2=80=8B, you can refer in such m=

Salaam alaykum.. May Allah grant you long life with dignity and respect and may He help you increase your ilm day by day inshaAllah. My question was that, can a follower of ayatullah khoei follow ayatullah sistani after his death? Is it in only new masael or in old masael too? Thanking you in advance.
Answer:
According to the verdict of Ayatullah Sistani, those who used to follow
Taqleed of Ayatullah Khoei, should remain on his Taqleed. In new issues,
they should follow the living A'lam who is the most learned among the Ulama.

Is it wajib to do taqleed when one becms baaligh? Wht if the prsn hasnt done taqleed? His prayers, roza and evrythng is batil?
Answer:
Yes it is obligatory to act upon the verdict of the most learned Islamic
scholar. This is called Taqleed. If the Baaligh person has applied the
teachings with out the intention of Taqleed, his deeds will be accepted if
he has performed the worship for the sake of Allah (SET).
Every ordinary person must do Tqleed of the most learned Islamic scholar .

Question:
salamum alaikum, May Allah give you good health, long life and fulfil all your wishes , Aaga , I was muqallid of Aga-e-Khoie (dj) , after their wafat I did niyyat of Aga-e-Gulpaigani, but I was informed that I should remain on Aga-e-Khoie\\\'s taqlid, hence I did so, again after Aga-e-Sistani became Aalam and I changed it to them but I was informed again that I should remain on taqlid of AGa-e-Khoie (dj). And I did so, NOW because of Moon sighting Law , I have to celebrate Eid different from my family as they are muqallid of Aga -e- Sistani, Hence I want to change my taqlid to Aga -e- Sistani , can I do that, (Hope that you are aware of this masael of Bombay) This situation is of most of my friends and relatives , Kindly inform. khuda hafiz iltemase dua Ashiq Abbas
Answer:
You may refer to local Ulama who will explain the details of this matter to
you.
