WABIL extends its heartfelt condolences to those who have lost near and dear ones in the suicide bomb attack on Friday 30 January 2015 in Shikarpur Sindh Pakistan, at a Shia Imambargah during Friday congregational prayers. We are appalled at this heinous attack which has claimed almost 70 lives and injured 50, and condemn such vile terrorism. We condemn the continued violence against Shias in Pakistan and protest against the ineffectiveness of governmental agencies in bringing a halt to these systematic targeted killings.
 
We comfort the families of those martyred, and reassure them that their blood has not been shed in vain, for we urge all people seeking people co-existence in society  to peacefully protest, lodge complaints and demand their parliamentarians to bring a halt to this rampant diseased carnage.
 
We urge the government of Pakistan to show its resolve against terrorism and those supporting and funding it, by bringing the perpetrators to justice through due process of the law.
