Asalamu Alaikum If a father transferred all his properties in his sons name as the owner and the father dies. The properties are also in another country while they reside in another country. What is the ruling in the quran if the sons wish to sell the properties. Must they share the money between their mother and sisters that are in the family and they also have stepbrothers from a previous marriage which ended. JAZAKULLAH
 
Answer:-  Transferring the official documentary ownership does not always mean
transferring the real ownership. Many people transfer or register
properties in the name of others for different reason including taxation
etc, but they remain the real owners.
If the father has just transferred the official ownership of his property
and remained the real owner, then the properties go after his expiry to all
those who are entitled to inherit e.g. his wife and his children.
If the father has really gifted his properties to his son, and the sin
became the real ownership of the property And not just official documentary
owner,BT hen the properties belong to him.

As Salaamun ale kum, Can I do trading (strictly only buying & selling) of Travel Bar Set ( A small brief case with pockets to store small bottle and glasses) The bottle and glasses both are bought and sold empty without any liquid contents.
 
Answer:-  If the bottles are usually used for alcohol, then it is not allowed to do such business. If they are used for any allowed item like perfume, water, juice etc, then it will be allowed.

Answer:-  If the real owners are selling the houses, you are allowed to buy from them.

Assalammualaikum Sayedna, If we bought a house example for 100k and after few years we sell it to someone for 120k. Is it the extra value of 20k we get from selling the house is haram or halal to use?
 
Answer:-  It is Halal to use Thar profit in your lawful expenses but if any amount
remains, then Khums is applicable on it.
If you sell your home and buy another home then no Khums on the home where
you stay.

Salam My Brother bought a Car 2 years ago on Instalment and he’s paying interest on the Car and $6000 is left on the Car. I’m planning to buy the Car from my Brother by Financing with the intention of just paying the $6000 with No Interest . My Question is the Money that I will be giving to my Brother Monthly he’s paying it to the Dealership with interest of course in this case am I still allowed to buy the Car from my Brother with the intention of just paying him the $6000 with no Interest?
