Question:
when a person gives vote an ink is put on our finger and it forms a layer on the finger my question is the same ink is Dipped in a bucket of ink bottle and put on every person even on non muslim will our finger be najis since it touched a non muslim and then Dipped inside a bottle and touched me how should i make it pak the ink also does not comes off easily?
Answer:
Such ink is just a colour and not a layer. Even if it was Najis, it can be
easily made Taahir.
Just washing your finger with water makes it Taahir.

If a woman is in her menses, to which extent can she enter a holy shrine of an Imam (eg. Shaen/courtyard etc)? If the woman is in the state of janabat and menses both can she enter a holy shrine atall?
Answer:
Any person who is in state of Janabat or menses, or both, is not allowed to
enter any Masjid. Holy Shrines of the Infallibles are included. The outer
Sahen or courtyard is not part of the holy shrine.

No, it does not make the inside contents Najis.

If Hair Dye is Najis or applied by non-muslim and is also wet, when applied on hair it leaves colour on hair, can the hairs be considered paak after washing the hair?
Answer:
Yes it is Paak after been washed with water.

Question:
Salamun Alaikum...... I read in Islamic laws of Aqai Sistani..that mutanajjis item can make two things other than it najis...but question is that every thing in series has to be dry before touching next thing or not? Whie some scholars say that it is not condition that one thing should dry before touching next
Answer:
Third Mutanajjis does spread Nijasat.
No need to be dry and most importantly, dryness stops Nijasat from
spreading.
