Question ID 1640 Wednesday 9th of July 2014
Question:
Many times while namaz or fasting or while addressing Allah a picture of Allah is made in my mind is it fine if we say that the picture is Allah but at the same time know that it is not Allah because there is nothing like him just so to understand to him to make a mental picture WILL IT MAKE ME A KAFIR?
Answer:
Allah (SWT) Has no picture at all and nothing is like Him. What you have in
your mind is nothing but imagination from Shaitan making you think that it
is a picture of Allah (SWT). You must avoid such thoughts and seek help of
Allah to clear your mind from such satanic thoughts. Allah (SWT) is much
greater than any one from us can think or imagine. He is every where, and
no eye can see Him, so there is no question of picture at all.
Repeat Istighfaar as much as you can to avoid such bad thoughts.

Dear My name is Keitumetse Mmetso Abia Matshele and I would like to kindly request you post books on evidence that Islam is the correct religion of God. My postal address is: 36 Lynburn Rd, Lynnwood Manor, Tshwane,South Africa, 0081. I would also like to ask you the following questions: 1) If God is allknowing and Allwise how is the world a test? 2) If God is Al-Ghani (free of all needs) why did he create angels and jinn and man to serve him? 3) If God is allknowing and allwise then there must be Taqdeer or Divine Preordainments. Thank You Keitumetse Mmetso Abia Matshele
Answer:
> Q1) If God is allknowing and Allwise how is the world a test?
A1) God Almighty knows the past, present and the future. Testing us does
not mean that he wants to know the result, but to prove to us our reality
and our status upon which we will be getting the results of our deeds.
Q2) If God is Al-Ghani (free of all needs) why did he create angels and
> jinn and man to serve him?
A2) God did not create any creature to serve him because He is The Absolute
Needless. He created all creatures to shower on them His mercy.
> Q3) If God is allknowing and allwise then there must be Taqdeer or Divine
> Preordainments.
A3) Divine preordainment is on things which human being has no ability to
decide, and God will never question any one about such preordainment. We
will only be questioned about our deeds which are the result of our free
will.
