Salaam. Is one allowed to consider the clothes washed by a non-muslim maid as paak, since the clothes are washed in fully automatic washing machine and the contact is only after the clothes are out of dryer and are damp and the maid puts it on the rope for further drying?

Answer:-  If the non Muslim maid touches the wet clothes with out gloves, the
clothes become Najis. This if the maid is not from people of Book,
according to Ayatullah Sistani verdict.
If the clothes are taken from the washing machine with out any wetness,
then touched by non Muslim while clothes are not wet, then clothes are
Taahir.

Asalam U Alikum, I have a question. I know I cannot do Wazzu if I have a nail color/nail polish on my nails. But I found this new nail polish which claims that it is breathable And allows water and oxygen to pass through thanks to its special ingredient – a highly advanced polymer. The product helps keep the nails in the best condition while wearing nail enamel. Does NOT contain toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) or camphor. Below is the link for your reference. https://www.inglotusa.com/o2m-breathable-nail-enamel Please let me know if I can do Wadhu if I have the nail color on.

Answer:-  It still stops water from reaching to the whole nail. You must remove it
before Wuzu or Ghusl.
Wassalam.

If a person is washing najis cloths in a washing machine and is certain that under kurr water is coming out of the tap will the washing machine make the najis cloth pak or it will make all the other cloth najis?

Answer:-  Washing machines usually wash the cloth more than one time, which leads to
making the Najis cloth Taahir even if the quantity of every washing is less
than Kurr.
