Question:

If a ayn najasat falls on the tile can a person just wipe it once with wet cloth and the water drys in the fan will it be considered najis or pak?

Answer:

Wiping does make any Najis as Taahir. It must be washed with water,
i.e, water must be thrown on it after removing the Najis item, then water
should be wiped, then another water to be thrown on it and be wiped. Some
Ulama say that two times are enough, and some say three times, if the water
was in small quantity ( less than Kurr).
