Salam alaikum Sayed Moosawi Nowadays the brides are asking for a Hajj trip from their husbands inplace of Mahar amount. Is this okay. Jazakallah

Answer:

Yes it is permissible for the bride to ask for Hajj expenses as Mahr or
part of Mahr from the groom.

Asslam o alaikum, a person did mutta with a girl(virgin or not virgin)but both the person and girl did not told to the father of the girl about mutta. After sometime, knowing that their children are in love and if they did not agree to marry them they may leave the house. so parents of both the girl and boy arranged their marriage.now they have children. Is their marriage Halal as they did mutta without permission?

Marriage is valid and perfect as the father of the girl has agreed to the
marriage.

Slamun alaikum, There is a very pious poor girl. Her family is very bad & poor.The girl can commit suicide due to the bad character of her family. No one wants to marry that poor&pious girl due to poverty and bad name of her family. One person(now pious) wants to marry her to save her from suicide butthis man has committed sodomy with the brother of this innocent girl.Islam does not allow that man to marry her but to save her life, is there any way so this man may marry her

Answer:

Such marriage is permanently forbidden because of the major sin of sodomy.
This man may search for a suitable man to marry this girl who did not
commit sodomy with her brother .

Question:

Salamunalaikum After marriage if wife sometimes say that she didn't say 'Yes' in Nikah with her some relatives. And even after asking sometimes she say she was joking and then again says that she didn't say 'Yes' in Nikah. In above case should the Nikah be consider okay?

Answer:

Yes Nikah is valid, unless she refuses the Nikah right from the beginning
of it and refuses to go for wedding (commencing the marriage). If she
agrees and goes for wedding with her husband, there will be no right for
her to refuse it later on.
