Question:
Salam alaikum Sayed Musawi Can you please explain to me what people mean when they say that the position of the bed is not correct for sleeping,and also the position of the toilet is not correct as per islamic rules. And if there is a rule what if you can't follow it due to construction difficulties? Jazakallah
Answer:
Position of the bed is allowed always, but it is recommended to keep in a
way that you face Qibla with your body not your feet while you sleep.
Facing Qibla or the opposite direction of Qibla is not allowed while in the
toilet according to most of our Ulama. If the toilet is constructed facing
Qibla or opposite of Qibla, just any deviation from the direction of Qiblq
while using it, even for 10 degrees should be enough.

Question:
As salaamun alaikum, What is the advice for a person whose temporary wife in mutah conceives during the period specified, or after the mutah period due to the physical relation that happened during mutah. Wasalaam
Answer:
The child is his child and such child gets all rights of any other child
from permanent marriage. It is good to terminate the temporary marriage and
have a permanent marriage if the conditions are available
including husband is able to practice justice between two wive ( in case he
has already a permanent wife).
All the expenses of the child are on the father.

Question:
Assalamo alaykum Sayyadna, 1.I have heard that if we are not sure that our earnings is completely halal( for eg, we are not sure that our Qums is 100% cleared or some amount of haram by mistake is mixed in our earnings) then we can take a loan from the one who earns a halal earnings for our spiritual travelling ect, and repay the money from our earnings to the person. By doing this our travel will be correct and accepted. 2.If we get najis or when we go to washroom, is it correct that after taking out the the najasat we can put just once water from the pipe connected to a tap and we will be pak. Jazakallah khair for your service towards the community, May Imam Mahdi(as) reward you for all this aameen ya ALLAH.

Question:
Salaamun alaikum... I had shared an article about Mohammad_Hossein_Fahmideh ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mohammad_Hossein_Fahmideh) the 13 year old shaheed during the time of Ayatullah Khomenie with a brother in faith recently. However I was surprised by his response, as he claimed this martyrdom as suicide, which is not allowed in Islam. How do I tell him in brief, that this is not suicide. Kindly advice Wasalaam
Answer:
It should more than enough to refute such claim against Shaheed Fahmeedeh
to know that Ayatullah Khomeini , who was a Marja of Taqleed , declared
Fahmeedeh as a national hero.
Shaheed Fahmeedeh stopped the enemies from invading his country and gave
his life for this noble cause.
