Question:

While doing ghusl e janabat is it allowed to pour water 2-3 time on head right side and left side

Answer:

Yes it is allowed but it is not obligatory to make water reach more than
one time.

1) In ghusl e janabat after removing najasat from private part is it necessary to wipe the private part and then do ghusl? 2)In state of janabat is the whole body is najis or only private part? If whole body then I use to wash my hand in state of janabat is the tap that I touched is najis our paak?

Question:

If a person is wearing a ring during wuzu the person move's his ring so that the water reaches that area this act should be done while washing the hand or after wuzu?

While washing the hand to make water reach to under the ring.

Question:

Salamun alaikum What are the rules on females wearing nail polish according to Syed Sistani.

Answer:

Nail polish prevents water from reaching the nail, that is why it prevents
Wudhu and Ghusl. Nail polish must be removed before performing Wudhu and
Ghusl.
Nail polish is not allowed to be shown to non Mahram.
