Question:
i wanted to know whether this law of ayatullah sistani can also be used for the ahle ketab (people of Book) 227. When body, dress, household utensil, carpet or any similar thing which has been in the possession of a Muslim becomes najis, and thereafter that Muslim disappears, the things in question can be treated as Pak, if one believes that he may have was hed them.
Answer:
No, it does not include Ahle Kitab at all. It is only for the Muslims.

Question:
there was a boil on my nose and it burst there was water coming out of it later that water became solid will it be considered najis or pak? while doing ghusl will it be considered a barrier it has become solid lake a tiny bubble?
Answer:
It is not Najis.
If it is part if your skin and can not be removed, then it is not a barrier

Question:
Salamun Alaikum.....Some parts of ground containing dust,sand or samll stone are najis due to walking of mushrik with wet barefoot. walking will make some parts of the ground najis.when i walk on it with my foot dry, some dust or sand stick to it though dry. My question is when, after some time if my foot become wet, will it become najis because it may contain some dry najis particles?
Answer:
If you are sure that Najis items are on your foot, then you need to wash
your foot for your Prayers.

Question:
Salaam. Is one allowed to consider the clothes washed by a non-muslim maid as paak, since the clothes are washed in fully automatic washing machine and the contact is only after the clothes are out of dryer and are damp and the maid puts it on the rope for further drying?
Answer:
If the non Muslim maid touches the wet clothes with out gloves, the
clothes become Najis. This if the maid is not from people of Book,
according to Ayatullah Sistani verdict.
If the clothes are taken from the washing machine with out any wetness,
then touched by non Muslim while clothes are not wet, then clothes are
Taahir.

Question:
There is a cut in my finger and blood was coming out of it so I washed it and the blood stopped coming so will it be understood that there blood cloth has been formed will it be considered pak or is it still najis?
Answer:
clot is not Najis.
