Answer:

Wearing black clothes is Makrouh (Disliked) but only for mourning the tragedies of Ahlul Bayt (AS) and religious matters.

Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim, Salam Alaykum, Please note that i bought a leather belt which as per the salesman it is a cow leather but made in India. He assure me that it is 100% cow leather but only thing is made in India and the salesman is Muslim. I want to know whether i can pray Namaz wearing this belt. Thanks Shukran Jazak Allah iltmase dua

Answer:

If the cow was slaughtered according to Islamic Shariat, then the leather is Taahir and you can wear it during Namaz. If it was killed or slaughtered with out the Islamic rules, then the leather is Najis and you can not wear it during Namaz.

Is it haram to wear a volumising scrunchie underneath the hijab? This is a scrunchie that makes the hair look bigger?

Answer:

It is Haraam (forbidden) for Muslim woman to wear anything which makes her
more attractive in front of outsiders. Such scrunchie usually makes the
female more attractive in front of outsiders.

SA I have a question please in regards to wearing a bindhi sticker in between the eyebrows where it does not interfere with the forehead area of where the turbah touches when I pray. The stickers are small gems normally worn with Indian outfits. Please advise Many Thanks

Answer:

Muslim should not wear non Muslims' special things.
