It is recommended to sleep making our body face Qibla i.e. our right side
facing Qibla.

Salaamun Alaikum, Some people visit Hussain Tekri Jaora for Ziyarat and to get rid of psychiatric illness and for mannats etc. What is the importance of visiting such places in Islam as some people believe imam had done some mojiza at this place so this place should be visited for ziyarat and for fulfillment of prayers ???

Visiting any place for the love of Ahlul Bayt (AS) is very good, but they
are not visiting Imam Husain (AS) if they do not go to his shrine in
Karbala.

In chennai we slaughter goats after fajr is it ok or in such circumstances that the butcher is not available after 7:30 in the morning in bakrid ...?

Qurbani in Hajj is must but out of Hajj is just recommended.
