Assalamaualikaum dear respected Syed Praying you are well inshAllah Please can you guide me regarding this small matter My nephew has Alhamdolillah had a beautiful healthy baby girl 5 weeks ago He has decided not to shave her birth hair off. He says because it is a girl there is no compulsion- he is the follower of one of the four Sunni Imams, I am not sure which one I will be extremely grateful if you could tell me what is the opinion of Ahlulbayt AS on this and also what the sunni school of thought says about shaving a baby girls hair. JazzakAllah many thanks May Allah grant you a healthy long long life , to guide us always Khuda hafiz
Answer:
Wa Alaykum Assalam wr wb
Shaving the hair of the newly born child (male or female) is recommended according to Shia and Sunni schools of Sharia. It is just recommended which means that it is not obligatory.

Salam agha, hope you all are in good health. In west most barbers are women, so Can male go to female barber to cut hairs?
Answer:

No, it is not permissible to allow a non Mahram to touch your hair or any
part of your body.
Medical necessity does not apply here.

Salam agha I pray you are in good health. Que- is the sirazi group is perticular follower of mujataba sirazi or all sirazi family?(aytullah Makaram sirazi, Sadiq sirazi) are also included? Iltemas dua.
Answer:
You must follow the most learned Mujtahid recognized as the most learned
(A=E2=80=99lam) by the most prominent scholars of the Hawza.

sallam alaykuim, i have heard from ahlis sunnah that faded haircuts are not allowed in islam. is this true? thanks
Answer:
Wa Alaykum Assalam wr wb.
It is not forbidden to cut your hair in any way you like provided that it
should not be resembling the special cuts of the enemies of Allah.
Resembling the enemies of Allah is not permissible.
