salam allekum , i have taken home on by home loan and i can pay that loan in 30 years on installment basis and at the same time i can put extra money into mortgage account to repay early but i can also withdraw that extra amount..there will be qums on extra amount in mortgage account?

No Khums on that amounts of loan repayments if the house is where you live.

Assalamualaikum aaga I am under taqlid of aaga sistani I am a student and i wanted to know about the rules of khums Is khums is wajib on me....I got scholarship amount from government and i had fixed a khums date if i got scholarship one day prior from my khums date so the khums is wajib on that amount also.. On the fixed day of khums i check my account,bag,purse and new thing which and pay khums on that is this is a right way ? or khums is only on savings?

Whatever remains with you after one year from getting the money, will be applicable for Khums.

sahm e Imam is half of the Khums, which shoukd be handed over to the Imam
(AS) or to his representative.
Using Sahm e Imam (AS):
if you want to help a poor person and have no money at all, you need to

My mother has got Sistani sahab permission to use khums in Madressa as she is running 5 Madressa. Can I give her my khums

Did she have permission to collect from others or only to spend her own
Khums? She must apply her permission conditions.

Sahm Sadat is the right of pious needy Sadat who follow Ahlul Bayt (AS).
