if a person has unhealthy gums where they bleed often how can he fast as this is hardship?
Answer:
Yes, he must fast, but when his gums bleed, he has to spit out the blood
and never swallow it.

Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim Aslmalkum, I want to know if an engineer who normally once or twice in a month travels to different cities and also have to travel during Ramadan for office work less than 10 days, in that case is he allow to fast or do the qada after Ramadan as per Agha Sistani. Shukran Jazak Allah Khair. iltemase dua
Answer:
As he travels for work less than ten days in the month, he is a usual
traveler and his Prayers is Qasr and he is not allowed to fast but must
keep Qadha of the fast after the month of Ramadhan.

Assalam Alaikum WRWB. Maulana se mera sawal ye hai ki :-- agar aik shakhs ki duty 15 din ke liye uske ghar se 30KM door lag gayee, aur who roz aana up down karta hai to uske kiye namaz aur rozon ka kiya hukm hai ?
Answer:
As he travels for work for 15 days in every month, his Namaz must be Full.

salaam u alaykum, if one has previously opened a fast based on the ruling of travelling a certain distance away from home then found out later that its from the bondary of the city, what does one do in regards to that fast i.e. is it just one qaza, is it ok or kaffara aswell

Question:
I suffer from bleeding gums, how can I fast the bleeding happens during the day it is very uncomfortable. can I avoid fasting and just pay fidya. it is hardship to keep rinsing to stop the bleeding I am getting very tired.
Answer:
You must fast during the month of Ramadhan and any other obligatory fast,
and when bleeding starts, you must spit the blood out.
