Question:
Can a person swallow food particle which is so small that gets stuck in the holes of the tongue since a person cannot feel it to know when it has come out and goes inside the stomach?
Answer:
During fasting, it is not allowed to deliberately swallow any food
remaining in the mouth.

While doing wajib Ghusl of Janabah I was washing my mouth involuntarily water went inside my stomach will it invalid my fast?

It does not invalidate your fast as far as water went inside
unintentionally.
