Salam I am buying a house with a mortgage and the house will be used for renting in order to make profit. The mortgage, I have to pay the bank interest. Is it allowed to have the Moorgate from the bank for business? Thank you
Answer:
Yes, it is allowed to take mortgage from non Muslim bank.

As salaam Alaikum Agha, I pray to almightily Allah to grant you good health and long life. I am under the taqleed of Ayatullah Sistani. My question is as follows "I work for a restaurant as a chef. The restaurant sell Alcohol and Pork also but all other meat is Halaal, I do not cook pork or involved in any part of alcohol selling or touching. I am one of the senior employee and the oldest member of the senior team. The company is offering me some shares as an incentive for hard work and also as a retention policy. My question is can i accept these company Shares? Mohtaj-e-dua. Naved Nasir.
Answer:
You are not allowed to accept or own any share in a company dealing with
pork or alcohol.

My client has asked me to design & print a brochure for an engineering product (air blower). This air blower is used in many industries such as water treatment, plastics, printing & paper, food, medicine, etc. It can also be used in WINE Industry. Can I design & print the brochure for my client.

Yes you can if you do not know that it will used in wine industry .

SA Syed, I have put some money aside from the profits of my business as Imam e Zamana's Share. How do I disperse / distribute these monies , to whom Can I give it ? or what is a recommended organisation to whom I can give these monies to ? these monies are not Khums or zakat.. Jazak Allah Vasi
Answer:
You can give that amount to the Marje of Taqleed to spend it in serving the
aim of Imam Zaman (AS), or you may seek permission to spend it in any noble
cause which you are sure that Imam Zaman (AS) is happy with.

Salamun Alaikum......I heard one masala from two Aalim with slight difference. Please make it clear for me. The masala is that If some one has given wrong reason for their bike accident to the Insurance company owned by Musrik in India, for these one aalim has told According to Aqai Sistani , On the basis of Ahtiyat e Lazim you have to return the Money to the Company and other Aalim answered simply that you have to return. Please make it clear that really it is on the basis of Ehtiyaat e Lazim and if it is then please told the Fatwa of Mujtahid to whom we should go in Ehtiyaat e Lazim of Aqai Sistani.
Answer:
The Mo'min should be always truthful.
In Ehtiyat matter, you can refer to another Marja' of Taqleed who is next
in the ranking of knowledge.
