Answer:-  All investments are allowed except in companies or businesses dealing with Haraam (forbidden) acts like usury (shares of usury Banks), alcohol, gambling casinos, un ethical films, companies manufacturing weapons to kill innocents, etc.

I have a technology to develop a bio gas bottling plant. I have already developed a plant is successfully running here in India (Surat) for our client. Now i wish to develop a bio gas plant for which i need a capital investment of 650000 US$. The bio gas generated costs INR 20/- and is sold at INR 40/-. The profit margin is 100%. As we will in no case go to the bank as interest is involved, it is very difficult to find an alternative investment body. In such case what could be the solution.
 
Answer:-  It is good to look for a partner to provide the required funds.
If you don't find then taking money from non Muslim bank is allowed.

Answer:-  Yes it Halal if the bank is owned by non Muslims.
