Question:
Sallam alaykum, I pray to Allah swt you are in good health, I have asked a previous question on ID 430. I have tried to explain to my wife your answer, which she does not agree she thinsk wife is more important, I am considering divorce, the reason being she has started to swear at my mother and father, and cause even more trouble in my house, she wants me to leave, and prays for the worst to happen to my parents. I have sat down with the local imam, and explained the situation, but she still rejects this. Anything you explain to her from the teachings of Ahlulbayt a.s she advises this advise is 1400 yrs old and has no relevance in todays society which is wrong. I have tried my best, thank you for your advice in advance.
Answer:
Tell her to read what the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS) have said in this matter. She will be in future passing through same situation of your parents today, if she lives, does she want good treatment from her children then or want them to leave her and go with their wives?

Salamo alykom, my question is about Muta Marriage and can i read it my self to the girl and i am doing Muta or have to be read by a shikh or someone else. if i can read it my self and please send to me the Dua for Muta Marriage.
Answer:
Mut'a marriage agreement can be read by her and you after you both agree on
the Mahr (Dowry) and period of time, she tells you: ZAWWAJTOKA NAFSI ALAL
MAHR AL MA'LOOM LILMUDDATIL MA'LOOMAH (I marry you for the said dowry for
the said period of time) and you reply her: QABILT (I agree).

Question:
salaam alaikum I would like to do muta with a suni man, the problem is that i am shy to recite it in front of him.. can i email it to him and he does not mind replying me either by email or on the phone.. we have talked about this and he is happy to do muta with me so we do not indulge in sins. please help me... I have read Ayatullah Sistani's law that as long as he does not mislead me, i can do muta with a suni man..
Answer:
If you can not or does not want to recite the Wordings of the Mut'a marriage, then you may ask some one to recite it on your behalf. It is not valid by email.
If you a virgin, you need your father's consent or your paternal grand father's.

salaam, can you please tell me what to do, i am not in a financial position to get married and also i dont know anyone who would be willing to do a mutah contract, i am 20, it is a very big problem for me, my parents say i need to get a degree first etc and i dont know how can i explain to them, i have tried hinting many times to get me married but they dont take it seriously, i am afraid of falling deeper and deeper, i have fallen enough, i need help please
Answer:
1.You need to convince your parents that you need to get married to save yourself from sinning. This can be done either by writing a letter to your parents or through persons whom your parents respect and listen to. You may talk to one of them to request him to talk to your parents and convince them.
2. You should refrain from evil desires and control over yourself and never think about sinning to fulfill a desire.
3. Remember always the great reward of pious ness and sever punishment of sinning.
4. Fasting is very useful in your case as we read the sayings of the Prophet (SAWA), so try to fast as many days as you can.
