Question:

Salam alaikum Sayed Moosawi In some countries it is not possible to bury the dead body on the same day due to official paper work required. The dead body is kept in a cool room where relatives can go an vist anytime. People say that we should not leave the dead body alone at any time, but if we keep a recording of the holy quran playing in the room specially during the night is that okay. Also are ladies allowed to go to the grave yard during burial and watch the burial. If yes than what should the distance be from the grave? Jazakallah

Answer:

Keeping recorded recitation of Quran near the dead body is good. Dead body
should not be left in darkness as it is Makrouh ( disliked).
It is allowed for ladies to go to grave yard for burial but they must keep
full Hijab and not mix with non Mahram men.
