sa Syed Musawi, Could you clarify a question for me. In Agha sistani rules, it states that istibra is recommended for man after urinating. (not required for women). For a man, If performed, then any wetness seen after where not sure what it is can be considered paak. Syed sistani cleary provides the steps to perform istibra, However He says if the anal outlet is to be washed, it must be washed first. Logistically I am not certain how this is possible without transferring najasat from the front. When required, I usually do the following: 1. perform istibra 2. wash the urinary outlet 3. wash the back passage. Is this istibra still in order? Sometimes, when washing the back passage, some movement is felt in the urinary organ, but obviously not possible to know if this is urine or other wetness. If Istibra is performed as above, before washing the back passage, is it in order and can any wetness still be considered paak after? Thank you for your clarification. Salaams

Salam ou Aleykum. my question is that i use the washroom at my school, but i also take take a bottle of water with me to clean my private areas, what i wanted to ask is if by chance even if i use water to clean myself and there is a place i mistakenly was not able to clean do i still have taharat?
Answer:
If you are sure that you left a Najis place with out making it Taahir, then
that part remains Najis until you make it Taahir.

I used to wipe it three time with wet cloth And clean it and also used doctor rug vacuum which uses water to clean the whole carpet . Now I know how to clean the carpet properly so I cleaned just najis area properly . Do I have to clean the whole carpet where I used doctor rug because I have carpet all over upstairs and stairs. Did the doctor rug made everything najis. I follow aytoullah sistani
Answer:
Any part which became Najis for sure needs to be made Taahir for sure. If
you are not sure about Najasat, you are not obliged to do any thing.

assalamualaikum If I have not clean the carpet which is najis properly . And it is been long time do I have to clean all the carpet because my upstairs have carpet everywhere and think I walked on or anybody else must walk with wet feet on it . Or I just have to clean najis area only to make it Paak and think the other part of the carpet is tahir . Because of this is very hard to pray.
Answer:
Only Najis areas need to be made Paak if you want to pray on them with
wetness.

sa Syed, I have a question which I would appreciate an answer to. May Allah bless you for your help. When washing myself on the toilet after urinating, I use a jug or bottle to pour water (under kurr) over the urinary outlet 3 times in order to make myself pak. I am male. My question is that sometimes, whilst pouring water in order to make myself pak, the clean water from the jug will splash onto other parts of the body when it first makes contact with the urinary outlet. This is because water is poured and sometimes comes out with force. So it may for example splash on first contact to my thighs or sometimes even onto the toilet seat. I follow taqlid of Agha sistani and note his rule number 175. I have always considered this water to be paak as it is used in the purification process and the water which splashes is the clean water, as the water from the urinary outlet which is najis with urine falls into the toilet. Am I correct in this assumption? My worry is that if the water splashes is from the first pouring, is it still acceptable to consider this paak? Or.. Assuming the splashing is from the first wash when Water is used to remove the urine, Do I have to consider the areas it has splashed to as also najis and needs to be cleaned too? appreciate your advise. salams.
Answer:
The water which touched the urine is Najis, and the water which did not
touch the urine is not Najis.
