Question:
Salaam alaikum, To celebrate my friend's engagement, a dinner has been organised between her close friends. We are all girls aged 22 and from different religions and cultures and none of us drink alcohol. My parents believe that I'm not allowed to go out for a dinner, even if it's only with girls, because I'm unmarried. I respect their decision as they are my parents but is this social interaction between girls after Maghrib forbidden in Islam? Thankyou very much.
Answer:
Your parents are the most who are concerned about your safety and dignity.
When they stop you from any thing, they just want your good. I advise you
to listen to your parents as far as they do not order you to commit a sin
or leave an obligatory act.

Question:
salaam u alaykum Is it possible that I can recite a mutah contract just for talking to a girl so that it is halal, I want to marry her in the future but she is still in education now so I have to wait, I do not want to stay in haraam, she can only speak to her mum and not dad so is it possible she can get permission from her mum
Answer:
Virgin girl needs her father's permission or her paternal grand father's
permission for any type of marriage including Mut'ah marriage. Her mother's
permission will not help unless mother represents the father and speaks on
his behalf. This must be confirmed by the father that the mother represents
him.
You must stop talking to the girl intimately untill you and she have an
Islamic Aqd of Mut'ah marriage.
