Question:

Salamun Alaikum, I am shia muslim.Which act in Gaibat of Imam-e-Zamana(AS) is more liked by Allah(swt), propogation of religion or defending the religion?. Could you please suggest me whether I should concentrate more on propogation of religion or in defending the religion.

Answer:

The best act to do during the Ghaibat of Imam Zaman (AS) is complete Taqwa
(piousness) and complete obedience to the orders of Allah (SWT) and
avoiding every forbidden act. Both propagation of religion and defending
religion are great acts and should be done as much as we can.

Question:

I asked a person to give me a job but he said that if i get him a prostitute in return, he would offer a job. So if i agree to his condition and get myself a job, will that be halal or haram?

Answer:

It is absolutely forbidden to do so, because you will be then helping in a
major sin and will be partner to such dangerous sin. You should never allow
any one to talk to you or ask you for such sinful acts.

Question ID 933 Thursday 12th of December 2013

Question:

Dear Sir Salamwalekum, Please guide me for the following question as follows: 1) Is It necessary to recite Azan & Iqama together for obligatory prayers when praying alone. 2) Praying folded hands with jamat due to condition, prayers are acceptable by Allah SWT. 3) Is it compulsory to perform tawaf inside the makame ibrahim or due to rush can be performed from outside. Thank you so much for your help & guidance Best regards

Answer:

> Q1) Is It necessary to recite Azan & Iqama together for obligatory prayers
> when praying alone.
>
A1) Azan and Iqama are highly recommended in all obligatory daily Prayers
even if you pray alone, but not compulsory. The Hadeeth says that when you
recite Azan and Iqama, two rows of angles will pray behind you, and if you
recite only Iqama, one row of angles will pray behind you, and if some one
prays his Prayer with out Azan and Iqama, he will pray alone.

> Q2) Praying folded hands with jamat due to condition, prayers are
> acceptable by Allah SWT.
>
A2. Folding hands invalidates the Prayer because it is a Bid'ah, but if you
do that out of compulsory Taqiyya, then you Prayer is valid.

> Q3) Is it compulsory to perform tawaf inside the makame ibrahim or due to
> rush can be performed from outside.
>
A3. Yes it is compulsory for those who can, but if you can not due to very
heavy rush then it is allowed (according to may Marja's of Taqleed).
